At LuxeJewelsHub, our priority is to ensure timely and safe delivery of our customers' orders. Below, you will find our shipping policy and all its relevant details.

Order Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, our team works diligently to process and dispatch orders in a timely manner. For personalized jewelry in stock, processing time is up to 2 business days. Once it is ready, your jewelry will be shipped immediately.

Order Modification Process

To ensure that your jewelry is exactly as you envisioned, we have added an important step to our ordering process: Order Modification. After placing your order, you will receive an email with your personalized jewelry design. You will have the opportunity to review and approve the design or request changes to ensure it is perfect.

If you approve the design, your order will go into production immediately.
If you request changes, we will send you the revised design for your approval.
If no response is received within 24 hours, we will automatically approve the design and proceed with production and shipment.

This process ensures that you have full control over your order and that your jewelry is exactly as you wanted.

Shipping options

For deliveries within mainland Portugal, we use the services of UPS, FEDEX or CTT EXPRESSO, depending on which service is the most economical, sustainable and efficient for the destination. For deliveries to Madeira and the Azores, we rely on the CTT service, which is known for its efficiency in delivering orders to these regions.

Delivery times
Europe: Orders within mainland Portugal are delivered within 7-15 working days after dispatch.
North America: Orders to Spain usually arrive within 15 days.
South East Asia: Orders to these regions usually take 10 days to arrive.
France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium: Delivery to these countries usually takes 10-15 days.
Rest of Europe (including the UK): Orders to the rest of Europe may take 10-15 days to arrive.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions or customs delays.

Tracking

All our shipments come with a tracking code so that customers can monitor the progress of the shipment in real time. This tracking code will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are free for orders over 100€.

Important information

We emphasize the importance of filling in accurate address information at the time of purchase to ensure timely delivery to the intended location. In the event of any delivery problems, such as an order being undeliverable due to incorrect or undeliverable address information, the product will be stored for up to 30 days. After this period, the product will be destroyed. The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs, which depend on the destination country.
