LuxeJewelsHub is committed to ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products they purchase from our online store. This Refund, Exchange or Return Policy describes how LuxeJewelsHub handles requests related to these topics.
Refund, Exchange or Return Conditions
Damaged or Defective Products: Customers can request a refund, exchange or return if the product received is damaged or defective.
Order Error: Customers can request an exchange or return if LuxeJewelsHub sends a product that is different from the one the customer requested.
Cancellation of Purchase: If the customer cancels the purchase, a refund, exchange or return can be requested, provided that the product is sealed and unused.
Undeliverable due to shipping issues: If a product is returned due to undeliverable carrier or wrong shipping address, Vecino Custom will store the product for up to 30 days. After this period, the product will be destroyed. In this case, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer, and the amount depends on the country of the customer.
Refund, Exchange or Return Procedure
Customers who wish to request a refund, exchange or return should contact LuxeJewelsHub by email or phone, providing the order number and stating the reason for the request. LuxeJewelsHub will evaluate each request and inform the customer whether the request has been accepted and has the right to deny the request.
If a refund, exchange or return request is accepted, LuxeJewelsHub will process the refund within 14 days of the order being placed. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the purchase.
If an order is cancelled within the first 24 hours, but the design process has already been completed, a refund may still be made; however, a fee of 10 EUR will be charged.
Product Exchanges
Pursuant to European law, LuxeJewelsHub will only accept exchanges for sealed, unused products. If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they should contact LuxeJewelsHub by email or phone, providing the order number and reason for the exchange. LuxeJewelsHub will inform the customer whether an exchange is available and provide exchange instructions.
Exceptions to the Refund, Exchange or Return Policy
LuxeJewelsHub will not accept refund, exchange or return requests in the following cases:
Products that have been opened or used by the customer.
Products that have been damaged by the customer.
Products purchased during discount promotions or discount events.
Customized or personalized products.
Return Policy for Shipping Costs
If the customer cancels the order while it is in transit or regrets canceling the order after receiving it, the refund will be deducted from the shipping costs as long as all items are sealed and unused.
